Coleman. It is a travelogue of Paris and other areas of France. It features images of the “City of Lights” and includes scenes from the typical tourist locations such as Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Chenonceau, etc. Coleman also chose to include scenes from everyday life in the bustling city, highlighting the traffic officers and the sheer amount of traffic, and covering the Paris flea and bird market. The film begins (0:11) with images of Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the foreground (1:21).  The Arc de Triomphe; cars are shown traveling around the roundabout, with a traffic officer directing the flow (1:49). The Place de la Bastille is shown in the background (2:01). The gardens of the Louvre and the Palace of Versaille  (2:05-2:18). The Palace of Versaille and the Parc du Château de Versailles Le Bassin (2:19). The pathway along the Seine and the river itself, also showing a couple different river tour boats highlighting the Moineau de Paris (2:33-3:12). The film leaves the Seine and shows Notre Dame and its gargoyles (3:14-3:50). The streets of Montmartre and the children in which Auguste Renoir drew inspiration (4:40). The film shows an ornate street sign for Avenue des Champs-Elysees (5:02). A 1957 Simca Aronde Plein Ciel is shown driving on the street (5:14), A restaurant is shown behind the cars (5:35). The film showcases a man and a woman on a 1957 Vespa Faro Basso 125 cruising with the cars (6:14). Street artists painting (6:43). The Sacre Coeur Montmartre (6:53). A road sign showing directions to Historical Montmartre (7:04). The Bird Market and Flea Markets (7:44-8:28). The Cafe and a menu from Cafe de Montmartre (8:33). Restaurant and Eiffel Tower Tour boat (8:51). Cityscape of Paris (9:28). Maxim’s restaurant (9:43). The film's narrator talks about the fashion of Paris from its citizens to their pets (9:35-10:18). The film shifts to focus on the citizens of Paris and shows a. war veteran (11:00-12:31). The Towers of Chateau de Chambord (12:52). The Arena of Nimes (13:03). Fishing fleets of Brittany (14:18). The film then takes its viewers to a village in Brittany and shows a celebration the village is having (15:00-16:06). It then transitions to the Mont Saint-Michel Gothic Abbey (16:08-16:30). A La Renommee de L’Omelette De La Mere Poulard restaurant (16:35). Cathedral of Rands and Joan de Arc statue (17:51). Mont Blanc (17:59). Richer Saint-Michel d’Aiguilhe. French Riviera (19:14).Valley of Auvergne and Puy de Dome (21:22). Carcassonne turrets (21:47). Château De Chenonceau (23:13). Tapestry weavers (22:36). The film highlights the Basques people and a dance of theirs (23:38-24:42). A demonstration by Vrai Guignolet (25:00). The Lido Casino (27:17). The film ends (28:44).
