Original catalog description:  A couple debating buying a new 1937 Ford car. An animated character pops out of the sales literature and begins telling the husband about why to buy the car. Husband goes for a ride and soon is joined by the wife in a second car. The film describes Bill and his wife discussing the features they want in a new car while also planning to see a double feature program at the Strand Theater. Bill is approached by a magical, animated ambassador from Detroit who offers to show him his ideal car. Bill lists his specifications, and the ambassador demonstrates a Ford V8 that meets all of Bill's requirements, including size, power, comfort, and economy. Bill and his wife are impressed by the car's features and take it for a test drive. The ambassador also introduces a similar car with a smaller engine and lower cost.
