This was part of a lunar habitability study, which examined how large an air lock would be needed for the Lunar Module. The space suit shown in use appears to be an International Latex Corporation SPD-143, also known as the Apollo Developmental AX1-L spacesuit. In the test shown, a subject dons the spacesuit in the simulated air lock, and then emerges, seals the airlock door, and removes the spacesuit. All the while, the subject's vitals are monitored by a support team. Motion picture films don't last forever; many have already been lost or destroyed.
