Produced by Paul Hoefler Productions, the film focuses on the stories of Haiti, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico and features footage of Port-au-Prince, Kingston, and San Juan. Paul Hoefler’sco mpany produced over eighty 16mm educational travelogue films about diverse locations around the world, gaining notoriety for his feature film, "Africa Speaks" (1930).
