Japanese emissaries telephone (34:01) stating they would be late. The Hawaii Aloha tower (34:09) and Hickman air field follow (34:16). Japanese war planes (34:26) hit Pearl Harbor. The Japanese envoy arrives at the State Department (35:24) as (35:29) Pearl Harbor burns. US ground forces fire at incoming planes (35:45). Japanese officials present a memorandum to Mr. Hull (36:01). Wounded are carted by litter (37:59).
