Dating to the 1920s, these black &amp; white silent, novelty educational films are about animal life in the sea and monkeys.  They were likely sold by Kodak Cinegraph for home use at the dawn of the 16mm film era. Opening titles: Animal Life Of The Sea (:08). Numerous jellyfish in the water (:15). Close on a jellyfish moving in the water (:59). Horn sponges, they are colonies of animals which live attached to rocks (1:43). Close on the horn sponge (2:10). Sea Roses (2:27). A sandworm eats its way into the sand (3:05). Sand and worms (3:26). End credits (3:40). Opening titles: Do You Like Monkeys? (3:42). Small monkeys jump into the water and swim (3:47). Monkeys jump out of boat and run onto the land (3:58). Monkeys run across a branch and jump into water (4:15). Monkeys play on branches and fall/jump into the water (4:39). Two chimpanzees hold hands and walk (4:53). Chimpanzees play and then hug one another (5:14). Two chimpanzees wear boxing gloves in a boxing ring; push at one another; swing the gloves; fall out of the ring (5:24). A chimp walks across a thin rope (5:42).An orangutans brushes its teeth; gets its hair brushed (6:00). A chimp gets a shave (6:35). A orangutan plays in a water bowl (6:52).
