It mainly features people on streets going about their daily life. There is also some footage of nature such as rivers and a waterfall, as well as the cog railway ride up Monserrate Mountain. 0:06 views from a train weaving through the mountains, 0:36 people and cars on the streets of Bogota, El Globo Hotel in background 1:29 cars waiting to pass a checkpoint, 1:40 children posing for the camera and walking with pack animals, 2:16 people weaving hats out of straw, 2:43 a river flowing, 3:33 footage of people on the street filmed from a balcony, 4:37 a church. 5:00 children by a river and people on the street, tobacco store in background 5:43 women washing clothes by a river, 6:17 people in a more affluent part of the city, 6:27 streetcar or trolley car rumbles down the street, apparently on Avenida Chile 6:41 a soldier wearing a German type helmet keeps guard 7:10 people in a park, equestrian statue of Simon Bolivar in background  7:41 people lining up to have their picture taken with a box camera 8:32 different women some with kids, 9:34 an overview of the city from a mountain, 9:48 a cog railway or probably the Monserrate Funicular taking people up Monserrate Mountain, 10:22 a river flowing and a waterfall, possibly La Chorrera waterfall.
