Testing an Expansive Firewall Pipe Collar (Intumescent Graphite)

Here's a quick follow up to my last video about intercalated graphite and it's use in intumescent, fire resistant products (seen here: https://youtu.be/8Z5RPPRS-KQ). This pipe collar uses strips of compressed expandable graphite flake with a flexible binder to wrap around pipes and seal them off in case of fire. Pretty neat. Thanks to Structure Tech Home Inspections for allowing me to use their footage of a successful collar test. Their video can be seen here: https://youtu.be/n_D_w3bgfVU Direct link to their channel: https://www.youtube.com/@StructureTech1 Thank you to everyone that supports this channel on Patreon!
