The main car used Central High School’s 1960 Ford Falcon Driver Education car. The film covers what to do and not to do in a number of situations, focusing on the following safe driving rules: observe traffic controls; don’t assume other people to do the expected; be willing to yield the right of way to anyone who needs it; and constantly analyze the situation ahead. The film teaches these concepts as it follows the Driver Education car throughout the city and suburbs of Phoenix. Notable footage includes driving down Van Buren Street with Read Mullan Motor Co. Ford Showroom (which donated the 1960 Ford Falcons for the project) on the right and the Security Building on the left (01:03), and a fire engine leaving its station and driving through the city (07:50).
