It opens with images of prescription drugs being measured out to be given to patients by a pharmacist (:27). A boy lies on the ground in the play ground after misusing these same drugs as a teacher sprints to check on him (:38). Newspaper clippings appear to show the widespread drug problem (1:02). A montage follows of youth offering each other drugs (1:38) including one boy sniffing glue. Peer pressure is shown as children somersault down a hill one after another demonstrating the idea that if your peers are all doing one thing you may be more likely to follow suit (1:47). At the back of a school playground, a young boy passes out drugs (2:03). One young girl tells viewers of how she had first tried drugs at the age of eleven (2:42). Youth are also more likely to try drugs if their siblings have as well (3:01). Actual interviews follow of young teens describing their drug use (3:46) and why they chose to use the first time. One specifically mentions the difficulty in remaining sober at school (6:07). The film then turns to show positive and healthy alternatives to using drugs (7:14).
