At 3:55, the Norelco Nail Dazzler pedicure and manicure machine is shown. At 5:00 another Brew Mizer commercial with $5 rebate, followed at 5:30 with the Norelco Food Processor. At 7:32, the Norelco Microwave Oven with "simple dials" is shown, "No Buttons, No Confusion." Norelco is the American brand name for electric shavers and other personal care products made by the Consumer Lifestyle division of Philips. The Philips company was originally unable to sell products in the USA under their own brand new due to the existence of the American company Philco. Norelco is an acronym for "North American Philips [electrical] Company". When Philips purchased The Magnavox Company in 1974, it rebranded its consumer products with that name, but retained Norelco for personal care appliances. Philips eventually bought Philco, and began to brand products as Philips-Norelco in anticipation of phasing out the Norelco brand entirely.
