This is a silent 16mm movie filmed by an unknown U.S. serviceman who probably was a member of either the Seventh Fleet Intelligence Center (SEFIC) or the Construction Battalion 598 of the U.S. Navy on Tolosa, Leyte Island, Philippines, where both SEFIC and CBMU 598 were stationed from January 1945. It appears to have been shot between January and September 1945.
