The film shows simulated views from the Lunar Module or LM during a lunar landing. It's not clear whether this film was ever used in astronaut training, but presumably Kodak was hired either to design a mechanical simulator or to provide a film that could be utilized as part of one. Motion picture films don't last forever; many have already been lost or destroyed.
