Produced by Philip Ragan (whose identity remains something of a mystery) this impressive cartoon was funded by the Federation of American Scientists. It pre-dates all the so-called "Atomic Scare Films" but manages to predict many of the great political, moral and other quandaries created by the atomic bomb.
