Third and Fourth years take: Business Law, Hotel Accounting, Labor Economics, Statistics, Finance, Personnel Administration (15:12-15:32). Practical experience comes from volunteering at vacation, jobs, field trips, internships, visiting outstanding restaurants (15:33-15:58).
