The company distributed these films to TV stations around the United States, where they were used as fillers, and to present historical events and personalities to the public. Bartell referred to the films as a "visual encyclopedia". 0:00 Film 0773: Igor Benson's Giro Glider aka Bensen B-8 personal helicopter is demonstrated, followed by Igor Benson's flying boat at Cypress Gardens, Florida. Igor Benson was a renowned inventor who tested his unique "helicopter boat" or "copter boat" at Cypress Gardens, Florida, in the 1950s. The boat was a 14-foot Yellow Jacket runabout that could hover using a helicopter-like rotor, allowing it to "sail" on both land and water.
