KTTV TV cameras record the event as it begins at 3:10. Eisenhower is seen again at 4:30 in the parade. The Rose Parade Queen Nancy Kneeland, age 19 and hailing from San Gabriel, is seen at 6:00. The 1964 Rose Bowl was between the University of Illinois and University of Washington and you will see many floats dedicated to these states, the university bands and mascots in the film.
