Certainly designed as a piece of propaganda, the film shows some of the mosques and cathedrals in the atheist state, and long bread lines (2:20) as well as shortages of many other basic supplies including bread (7:46) and transportation problems (2:46). The implication of course is that the so-called communist state is not a very successful country. It also shows men and women working side by side in factories (5 minutes), an agricultural fair and showplace (7:00), and a fish market (7:40) where fish are sold "live due to lack of refrigeration." The Moscow subway is seen at the 9:10 mark, and even this is described as a "single subway" by the inter titles. Motion picture films don't last forever; many have already been lost or destroyed.
