Bridges crossing the canals are reminiscent of the Middle Ages (1:38). Ornate lanterns dangle through the area (2:39). Gondola boats bob in the narrow canals (2:58). Milkmen in the city deliver their goods by way of boat (3:28). For ice deliveries (3:41), the same method is employed. Gondolas loaded with goods such as produce squeeze through the canal (4:13). Wine bottles are unloaded from another (4:50). A water ambulance floats past the screen (5:01). Venice is also known for housing many artworks from great artists over the history of the world (5:31).
