This film was executive produced by Sid Davis, an famous director and producer of non-fiction who specialized in social guidance films. It was written and directed by the team of Norman Rose, Denis Sanders and Arthur Swerdloff. The film demonstrates the techniques, which police academy students are taught to safely operate patrol vehicles during emergency driving. The film was made in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department.
