Two people practice Tai Chi on a beach. 02:00 Dr. Evarts Loomis, the father of holistic health, sits with senior citizens on a grassy lawn at Meadowlark health center discussing holistic health. They gently sway and dance, performing Do-Si-Do, arm swings, and twirls. 03:49 All-age individuals practice yoga, polarity therapy, and complete a Taylor-Johnson psychological test. Loomis reviews notes and holds discussions with senior citizens. 04:16 Ilana Rubenfeld works with patients at a clinic in New York, guiding them through self-awareness posture techniques.
