The various activities of the 600th are shown including shooting military maneuvers, accidents such as the plane crash seen at 6:31, spraying of Agent Orange (7:16 and 22:15), special events (at 5:09, President Lyndon Johnson is shown during his visit to Vietnam with General William Westmoreland), and more. A camera rig used to film out the door of a helicopter is seen at 7:18. Air to air combat with North Vietnamese MiGs is seen at 8:52 and again at 15:30 and 19:22. F-105 aircraft were equipped with cameras for various purposes, and the special features of these planes are shown.
