Rominger, Mission Specialists, Tamara E. Jernigan, Thomas D. Jones, and F. Story Musgrave, spend the day discussing the failed hatch with ground controllers. The failure of the hatch to properly open causes the cancellation of the second planned spacewalk by Jernigan and Jones.
