This is circa the 1950s. Film opens in New Orleans - French Quarter. Cafe Du Monde. Jackson Square - St. Louis Cathedral. Cafe Du Monde, from across Decatur Street. On the side of the Mississippi River, looking at Algiers Point (:00-1:04). Boat on the Mississippi. Pat O'Brien's patio pat of the restaurant. People walk near a Religious facility. On the Mississippi, looking at the barges. Ship SS Del Rio of the Delta Steamship Line on the Mississippi (1:05-2:14). Driving. Swamp. Bird flies. Seminole Indian / Native American outpost near a swamp, possibly the Everglades. Trees sway in the wind near a residence. Man setting up patio furniture, he then sits in a chair. Woman frolics in the ocean. Boats in a harbor (2:15-3:53). Woman entering boat. People ready for a fishing excursion. Shark in the water (4:25). People catch a hammerhead shark. Bridge. Woman on the boat. Houseboat (3:54-5:11). Bridge, woman on a boat. Passing boats in a harbor. Swamp lands. Man chews gum in a motorboat. Birds of the swamp. Fish. Huge turtle (5:12-6:19). Islamorada on the Florida Keys. Theater of the Sea (6:25). Theater of the Sea, established in 1946, is a marine mammal park located in the Village of Islamorada. Handler feeds dolphin, dolphin kisses man. Dolphins jump. Man holds food and dolphin jumps. Dolphin plays in water. Dolphin floats (6:20-7:05). Flamingos. Monkey plays in tree. A sign reads: Tropical Hobbyland Indian Village, Miami, FL. Seminole Indian wrestles an alligator. This is possibly Henry Nelson, who was world renowned for his wrestling technique.  (Hobbyland Indian Village was located at N. W. 27th Avenue at 15th Street, Miami. The pit at Tropical Hobbyland contained fifty alligators and a dozen crocodiles.) Driving past orange trees (7:06-8:18). Motion picture films don't last forever; many have already been lost or destroyed.
